Where and how can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking info is sent out as soon as your order is shipped. This email is sent to the email address that was used to place the order (make sure to check the spam folder just in case)
Can I update my shipping address?
As long as the shipping label for your order hasn't been printed, we can help you update your shipping address. Please note, this is not guaranteed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As long as your order is still processing and hasn't begun being packed, we can help you with cancelling or updating your order. Please note, this is not guaranteed. Once the order is packed, it is out of our hands and we will not be able to cancel or change it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Non-US and Non-Europe orders will be considered as an international order. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. You (as the customer) will be responsible for payment of such import charges. Caffeinication LLC is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by Caffeinication LLC.
Import charges are normally based on the item’s price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties and fees. However, as charges vary across countries, Caffeinication LLC advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we will only ship within the US. We are working hard to provide shipping throughout the world.
How long does it take for my items to arrive?
Extended shipping times due to the pandemic and large order volumes:
If you choose the standard shipping option:
Our US standard postal service delivery times are 3-8 days. However (even though we are working day and night), due to a large number of orders and delays in the postal service, an extended shipping and delivery time of about 1-2 weeks must be expected using this service.
Our US expedited shipping service is 2-3 days.
If you have made an international order, due to the shipment traveling farther distances and to delays in the postal service, an extended shipping and delivery time of about 7-30 days must be expected.
Do you currently accept returns?
You have the right to return an order within 14 calendar days from receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return labels are not provided and you have to return the order at your own expense.
Caffeinication LLC holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria.

What do I do if the items in my order were damaged or defected?
If an item is damaged or defected in any way on arrival, Caffeinication LLC should be contacted within 72 hours from the time that items were delivered for information about compensation. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information for your order to be reviewed:
- Your name
- Order #
- Clear photo(s) of the damaged item(s)
Include directions as to how you can make the return
- Code 1: Product and Shipping box both damaged
- Code 2: Item defective or damaged
- Code 3: Wrong item was sent
- Code 4: Bought by mistake
- Code 5: No longer needed
Caffeinication LLC holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
